| TribLIVE | Pittsburgh: Festivals should have an extravagant quality, the more the merrier.The Kelly-Strayhorn Theater's newMoves Contemporary Dance Festival was created in 2009 to present a wide array of new voices in dance. This year, it will expand its offerings to 16 choreographers and 42 dancers over three evenings of performances, plus introduce a symposium on contemporary dance each day of the festival.
