No-Frills `[title of show]' Kicks Broadway's Big-Spending Habit

Bloomberg.com: Muse Arts: "Kevin McCollum, one of the lead producers, is mounting the no-frills backstage musical comedy for a little over $2 million. These days, musicals typically run $10 million and up. Even recent straight plays have cost more: ``Cyrano de Bergerac'' ($3.5 million) and ``August: Osage County'' ($2.6 million)."
