NEA New Play Development Program Waives Matching Requirement

Stage-directions: "The NEA has waived the 1-to-1 matching requirement in order to qualify for one of the New Play Development Program grants. This will help smaller theatres qualify for the grant, as matching $90,000 would have put the grant out of reach of many new and groundbreaking theatre companies."
