Broadway Contributes $5.1 Billion to NYC Economy
Stage-directions: "With the introduction of 35 new shows to the 32 shows carried over from the previous season, the 2006–2007 Broadway Season contributed $5.1 billion to the New York City economy according to numbers from the Broadway League."
