Lawsuit questions Blackboard’s role in academia
The Tartan Online: "A court victory for Blackboard last Monday has placed today’s market for learning management systems (LMS) in the national media spotlight. Blackboard is an electronic file transfer system for courses that allows professors and students to post and share information."

Its sickening how greedy everyone is getting. Did Blackboard really lose 17 million dollars as a result of another company coming in? Rather than patent everything under the sun, they could stay the leaders in this technology by continuing to innovate and make Blackboard better.
