I'll admit these sort of articles are my favorite to read. Although I find that these articles sometimes state the obvious, they are always good to to remind yourself of all the factors you need to consider. After working on the rehearsal schedule and calender project, I'm definately opening my eyes on how I need to dither my scheduling. I sort of wish I read this before I did those projects so I had a better idea on where I could improve my estimating.
