Better Body Language in 18 Steps
lifehack.org: "How your body speaks is as important as what your head is saying. Body language is the easiest, and definitely quickest, way to build report with strangers and make those you know interested in what you’re saying."
This is one of the topics that we will get in the PINO session. We specifically talked about how the body language tells the story that the words don't. Speaking of this, we have an exam on this topic as well. This could be a great study guideline.
This article is interesting and points out a lot of things that some people don't notice. Like Jeannie said, Joe talked about a lot of these things in the META skills section of PTM. It's really amazing how much you can tell from how a person reacts physically.
