Hollywood Unions File Brief Against FCC
Backstage: "SAG, AFTRA, the Writers Guilds of America East and West, and the Directors Guild of America filed a joint legal brief today stating the Federal Communications Commission's new standards to censor 'indecency' on TV, radio, and in film are overly vague and unconstitutional."
