Managing Stress in Daily Life

All the relaxing techniques the article mentions could be summed into "do something comletely unrelated to the environment causing the stress". If I cant get away from the building for at least an hour, at least once a week (and this includes being around people who won't stop talking about the building when away from it), I find myself tempted to join the bitter bus.

Also - being the jovial person for others is great task and I am forever impressed with people who take that role, even if they are not aware of it.
