Break a leg

Chicago Tribune: "When Lynda Shadrake comes home, her kids always ask the same question: 'What was wrong with you today, Mom?' It's a reasonable question for a woman who has been seen by eight doctors in one day.
Shadrake is not a hypochondriac. She's a 'standardized patient' -- an actor who has been trained to portray an ill person so medical students can learn how to examine and interact with their future patients."
