Fyre Festival Organizers Sued for Fraud, Breach of Contract
Rolling Stone: One of the survivors of the disastrous Fyre Festival in the Bahamas has filed a $100 million class action lawsuit against co-founders Billy McFarland and Ja Rule (real name Jeffrey Atkins), accusing the duo of subjecting festivalgoers to "dangerous conditions" at a luxury festival that organizers allegedly knew was doomed.

It has got to be my lucky week, I have commented on not one, not two but three Fyre festival articles. My favorite new juicy tidbit is that they told the performers, not the customers, just the performers not to attend. The more I read about Fyre Festival the worse it gets. The refund being attached to accepting ticket for next year gives the event coordinators a second chance they don't deserve, and will most likely go along the lines of their first chance. Not to mention it screw customers out of a compensation for their emotional toil and time wasted. Or how it ‘wasn't’ his fault but he’s taking the blame anyways, a real scapegoat would take the blame without defending themselves, they can’t even do that right. Looking at the expected vs reality pictures in the lawsuit was almost comedic, every time I image something going wrong, it does, and every article I read the worse it gets.
