AFTRA's Tentative Pact Brings Labor Issues into Focus
Backstage: "On May 28 at around 4 a.m. Pacific time, producers reached a tentative agreement on a new network prime-time television contract with the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists. Talks between the guild and the Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers broke off May 6, largely over new-media issues."
