Under pressure, Conn. casinos go big

NJ.com: "But as the Native American-owned casinos continue their contest over which one is bigger and hipper, which can draw more conventioneers and which can lure more high rollers, economic and competitive forces are starting to take a toll. Like Atlantic City, Connecticut is grappling with the effect of record-high gasoline prices and increased competition from slot parlors in neighboring states."
