I find this upcoming release rather disappointing considering the effect that it will generate through the public: lack of appreciation for live performances. It's so much easier and especially so much more common for the general public nowadays to go and see a film rather than appreciate the beauty of live performance. Yes, there are certain factors such as cost differences, timing, and location that come into play when planning for a family to attend a live performance of Cique du Soleil, however the experience is a thousand times greater than following the show through the perspective of the camera.
