How to Improve Your Concentration
lifehack.org: "In concentration we marshal all our dispersed energies into focusing on just one thing. When mastered, concentration can be of unimaginable benefit in our life; through concentration we can increase our productivity and give ourselves greater peace of mind. These are some suggestions for improving your concentration."

The suggestions mentioned in this article seem very useful. However, when we have tons of things needing to be accomplished, it is very hard not to think of others as we are working on one of them. The good to-do list and schedule may help us to concentrate on the thing on hand. Besides, the appropriate physical exercise helps a lot as well and which makes our mind and body fresh. But we seem not to have time to exercise…
The first two points this article makes are completely true; concentrating on one thing at a time, and controlling your thoughts. It's hard to do both of those things individually, let alone at the same time so I take the suggestions as valuable advice. It also addresses the practice element which I think a lot of people miss. It's hard to concentrate in different environments and with different tasks but the more you do it and condition yourself the easier it becomes to distinguish a "work" concentration and other concentrations.
I love how losing weights comes from nowhere. Working out and providing the body with the enough endorphins may give rush to the body to encourage, but LOSING WEIGHTS would not do it. That's what I really hate about the people phrase things. Often people would associate exercise and weights to insinuate the wrong body image.
This article could have been far more helpful and descriptive, but I do agree with the first two points brought up. Often I find my mind wandering and thinking about more than one thing at a time, let alone trying to do more than one thing at a time. Although in the moment, this can seem practical, in the long run, things will go faster and the quality will be better if you only do one thing at a time. YOU ARE IN CONTROL OF YOUR THOUGHTS!....I like to think that...
I am a firm believer in the 'Change is as good as Rest' motto. I find that i cant work in the same room for more than 6 hours at a time, therefore i will often split a work day between stu-tech and my bedroom. Changing locations forces a break, driving (which is even more a break), and often a meal. It is killing many birds with one stone.
I think concentration is something we definitely all need to work on. For example while doing this comment I got distracted by about three other things. Meditation is always something that's seemed intriguing. While it could help concentration it could also help out in a lot of other areas in life. But anyway, my concentration has consistently wandered, so next comment. It's time for a change, as they article suggested.
