The problem is a lot trickier for anyone moving steel (or any physical good, for that matter). Trade policy moves at the speed of social media. Steel moves at the speed of trucks, trains, and ships. But when you read this, this will still be true: President Donald Trump will continue to alter trade flows with the stroke of a Sharpie or a post on Truth Social.
