Below-inflation pay rise voted in by regional theatre workers

The Stage: "Bectu members voted by a two to one majority to accept the offer, which will apply from this month for 2008/9. Under the deal, minimum hourly rates will increase by 3.5%, while there will also be a 3% increase in other payments and allowances and a 0.5% increase in the employer’s pension contribution."
