Obituary: Priscilla Dodge Gardner / Actress, director, founder of several acting troupes
Post Gazette: "Priscilla Dodge Gardner was Jeff Calhoun's director at North Star Players when he was a teenager, 'the first real director I ever knew.' Years later, directing the 1994 revival of 'Grease,' Mr. Calhoun said, 'I modeled Miss Lynch after her, with her whistle around her neck.' Mrs. Gardner died Sept. 27 at a nursing home in Hanover, Pa., of complications arising from Parkinson's disease."
