McCraney wins Kendeda prize

Variety.com: "Currently in his third year at Yale's MFA playwriting program, McCraney just won the fourth annual Kendeda Graduate Playwriting Competition. Scribe, whose play 'The Brothers Size' attracted attention during the Under the Radar fest in Gotham last month, was awarded the inaugural Paula Vogel Playwriting Award from Off Broadway's Vineyard Theater Jan. 29."
