York County teen finishes as runner-up in Duck Tape prom suit contest

ABC27: A York County teen who was a finalist in the annual Duck Tape “Stuck at Prom” contest was announced as a runner-up in the competition. Finn Beauregard of York was a top 10 finalist in the contest, “which challenges high school students across the U.S. and Canada to create promwear entirely out of Duck Tape® for a chance to win college scholarships.”
