consequence.net: It’s not terribly surprising that a music festival hosted in late summer in Oslo, Norway would be idyllic. Øya Festival, the annual gathering at the capital city’s Toyenparken, has been running since 1999 and grown from a more local-focused affair into an event worthy of global attention.
