Cluttering her office are blocks of foam, sheets of tissue paper, bubble wrap, takeout containers, a bag of plastic party cups, and a small balloon that reads “Thank You.” It’s junk, but she might find a use for it. “I’m not a hoarder,” McClung said. “I know it seems a little questionable. But there’s a purpose!”
