December 1 marked the inaugural conference of the Alliance for Broadcasting and Cultural Frequencies, a German organisation which has taken up the cause of saving these frequencies for its current users. Dr.-Ing. Andreas Wilzeck, Head of Spectrum Policy and Standardisation at Sennheiser, was a panelist and explains what is at stake.
