Another meaning of “arbor” comes from the performing arts world, where “arbor” is a rack containing weights used to balance a load in a theater’s counterweight rigging system. Trees and rigging have more in common than you might think. To maximize their value, both require knowledge, nurturing and a future-oriented vision.
