'South Park' Wins 'What What (in the Butt)' Legal Fight
Hollywood Reporter: An appeals court has refused to revive a lawsuit against Viacom subsidiary Comedy Partners over a viral Internet video that was allegedly misappropriated in an episode of South Park.
