Wow. So if you're looking for a skilled makeup artist, I'm not sure you want to be looking on Craigslist. Almost anyone can call themselves a makeup artist, especially if they are female. And testing the applicants in two interviews? This seems a little excessive for makeup for a wedding. If you are that concerned about quality, I would go to a professional, and maybe talk to friends of that person, or talk to your girlfriends. I just can't take this seriously...
