Backstage: "John Kenley, a theater producer who ran a legendary summer stock circuit in Ohio beginning in the 1950s that attracted numerous Broadway and Hollywood stars, has died, a family friend said Thursday. He was 103."
This man seems to have had a great career. His work should really be appreciated, because he made theater accessible to those who normally wouldn't go see it. I like his idea that although the profits may not be as high, it is worth selling very cheap tickets in order to always have a full house rather than having many seats vacant.
