Pittsburgh Tribune-Review: "Denise Pullen, Seton Hill University associate professor of theater, can understand if her students share the sentiments of a storybook character in the musical 'Into the Woods.'"
I've seen this production a few times, and worked on it as well. This article doesn't really add anything to what I know of it so far. I understand that this group of people are going into a new and improved space, which is really great, but what I would like to know is why are they doing this play? What do they want to add to the musical? The show is challenging, and that's great, but don't do a show just because it's hard or well known. I'm sure there are reasons as to why they are doing this show, but I wish this article would have shed some light on those reasons.
