Milan Stitt, Author of The Runner Stumbles, Dies at 68
Playbill News: "Milan Stitt, a playwright who wrote the critical hit The Runner Stumbles and ran the play development program at Off-Broadway Circle Repertory Company, died March 12, his friend and colleague Andrea Lepcio said. He was 68."
I personally did not know Milan Stitt, but I saw him occasionally in the hallways. Even without speaking to him, I could tell he was a character. Funny how he touched the lives of people he never even spoke to like me. God bless.
I didn't know Mr. Stitt either, but I recollect seeing him around the building. He seemed like such a great guy, I wish I could have gotten into a conversation with him. We really do have amazing people at this place, it's sad when they leave us.
