It's a Vampire Weekend at CMU
Post Gazette: "Here in Pittsburgh -- apparently a more youthful city in the campaign's eyes -- we have New York band Vampire Weekend playing a free concert on the Carnegie Mellon campus on Saturday."

It is no longer Vampire Weekend at CMU. "The Pennsylvania Campaign for Change has made the decision to cancel the Vampire Weekend Voter Registration Concert on the Carnegie Mellon campus this weekend." (from email sent as part of cmu news)
So sad that there is no concert now...whatever shall we poor students do?
for some reason i felt like this wasn't going to happen. No one really knew about it and most of may buddies in the student senate and other organization had no idea if the band was actually signed to do the gig. it is unfortunate that they never made it. this would have been a good show.
