It would seem obvious to me to want to use CNC technology in the sign building industry, in an industry where things need to be very quickly cut very accurately from a whole variety of materials it seems to me that CNC machines are the way to go. the versatility of the routers also compliments the sign making industry well. These machines have a great impact on all kinds of industries where complicated shape cutting is required.
Similar to the rainforest cafe article a while back I think this is so cool. The innovation of computerized machinery to do specialized work like this is crazy. Though I often wonder how jobs have been affected and how quickly the businesses and workers especially have been able to adapt to this.
This seems like great business to go into right now, if one has the means to obtain these machines. With the current market in the state it is in, many companies are shifting their current images and brands. Being in the sign making industry with the right machines and clients could prove to be a great success. Thanks to the CNC machines out there the quantity is improve while the quality remains consistent. This is exactly what these businesses are looking for too; something that will be fast, consistent and well designed.
