Chicago playwright Tracy Letts wins Pulitzer Prize
chicagotribune.com: "Chicago playwright Tracy Letts won the Pulitzer Prize for drama on Monday for 'August: Osage County,' cementing his position among the top tier of living American playwrights and making an inarguable case that 'August,' which premiered at the Steppenwolf Theatre Company, is among the most important works of literature ever to emerge from Letts' adopted hometown."
