  1. This is a nice list that focuses on things that will help you develop your brain. Some of the choices they recommend are very simple and can be done in only a few minutes a day. I really like the idea of using the opposite hand during the day. I already try to use both on the computer and doing other things.

  2. I have my own little routines that I do everyday from the time I get up from the time I go to bed. They help me get the day going and eases me into my work. But sometimes I need a break from those routines. If I don't break a routine every now once and a while then it becomes mundane and I can start to feel that I am not paying that much attention to what I'm doing. So I do little things, like take a different direction to class or change the order I do something, just to get me out of my everyday way of doing things. This way I see more and I don't become bored very quickly.
