I think work ethic is not something you can change immediately. It just comes naturally with the habits you had for your life. I am trying very hard to change my habits to work as efficient as possible...
I found myself getting extremely organized this semester not because I wasn't last semester but because I was tired of feeling overwhelmed. I knew there had to be a better way so now I make a list of things due in a two week span and do things as they are due and that way I always know what's going on, when things are due, when I have free time, and stay ahead. It's awesome.
