This is a really interesting and practical article. I can´t help it, but if a computer at hand, I can´t stop looking at my email box three or four times per hour. When you nothing else to do, it may be entertaining, but when you are in a job you have tons of things to do (and tons of emails to read) it can be really disturbing and insane.
