I think the concept of bringing together drugs and the auto industry is a period piece about Detroit is interesting, but I am not sure where the appeal is on a greater scale. The article mentions a very basic synopsis and a few characters, but does not tell why the idea is a good one or even go into enough detail about the plot to spark my interest. What I get from the article is that an opal dealer goes to Detroit which interested me but then it mentions unraveling a family history (pre-established? Or is this guy the history?). It might be an interesting topic, but the article makes the story line seem jumbled.
