'Mermaid' faces tough swim to NY
Variety.com: "For Disney Theatrical Prods., the hardest part of 'The Little Mermaid' isn't creating the story's fishbowl-like setting.
It's the fact that the intricate show is being created in a figurative fishbowl, under intense industry scrutiny."
This seems like a very interesting way to tell the story. I can't wait to see it actually get performed on stage. I think Disney is taking the right aproach by making its movies into shows because it draws more people to the theatre, an art form not well known. Break a Leg Little Mermaid!
