I scored a 29. Ha.... I'm supposed to seek help. I find this test a bit off. Most people would admit that thier stress is temporary. One event will cause the stresses in life. Right now... stressful time for me, but if I took this test over the summer, my score would be lower. It was a nice way to kill a few dull moments in my day.... but I'll leave the diagnosis up to the doctors.

i scored a 15.....but im not avrage in the stress range.
the logistics behind this quiz dont seem to make sence, for example question 4. "I may initially panic at unexpected problems but quickly settle down and set about solving the problem" if you answered true to this you add points according to the quiz, but it seems that would take away from stress, if you were to not be able to quickly settle down that would cause more stress...
I scored a 23. Sounds about right, really. I have a lot of stress - but I don't think it's anything I can't handle (sometimes I just need to learn to handle it a little bit beter). I don't think, however, that you can remotely assess someone's stress based on a 12 question survey. Still fun/fascinating, though.

23 for me!
Did not like this test though. Half of the questions are contradictory to themselves.
For example:
"I am frustrated by everything ever, but I get over it easily."
True = frustrated but handle it
False = frustrated and can't deal
False = not frustrated at all
quick google search shows lots of stress test that have single sentence non-contradictory questions
I scored a 21. Seems about right. I tend to build up stress, "freak out", and eventually can settle down and figure out a good solution. However, at this school I'm definatly learning how to skip over the "freak out" part.
I agree with Chris, this test was very contradictory and I found myself having to go back to a few of the question to rethink.
