I was kind of surprised by this article and the review of the dewalt oscillating tool. For the most part, dewalt makes tools that get the job done, but after reading this article I am not convinced about this one. The first red flag I saw was the fact that the tool does not have a variable speed dial, which I found lazy on the part of dewalt. Overall, however, pro tools always gives a very reliable review and really puts their tools through the ringer when testing them. I like the formatting of the article with the brief tool summary at the beginning and the product comparison at the end. Personally, I find the work of an oscillating tool to be unmatched in the rare instances that I find myself needing one. Overall, the dewalt tool does get the job done, and the brushless motors are respectable but I would definitely put more thought into it if I was going out to buy one of these units.
