Aside from being an overall dry video, I found this quite informative. I appreciate the new hardware acceleration for some of the dialogue boxes. I didn't pick up on that add-on while using the new updates. It is also wonderful that AutoCAD has finally started listening to customer complaints about pdf importation. The imported text being "difficult to edit" was an understatement. You were better off in most cases simply deleting the original text and retyping it so that, as you worked, you could edit it. It is also nice that AutoCAD is trying it's best to handle 3D modeling as smoothly as many of it's competitors. Honestly though, I cannot stand to use AutoCAD for any complex 3D figures. I would rather use vectorworks, or even solid works (much more powerful than vectorworks with similar features the Autodesk's Inventor). Even Rhino is preferred over AutoCAD (to be fair though - Rhino should be a go-to for any natural shapes, it is so much better at handling "artistic" modeling than any other program I know of). Different programs are better at different things, and AutoCAD is a bumbling bull in a china shop when it comes to modeling, and the new update doesn't look like it has significantly changed that.
