The job seeking process is an exciting time, however, it can also be a stressful time. You spend all this time and effort on perfecting your resume just to find out that seven in ten employers spend less than five minutes reviewing a resume according to CareerBuilder’s 2015 annual survey.

When I first saw this article I thought it would be one about how to improve your resume and tips to follow up with a hiring manager and what the best way to do it is. Instead, this was something that I would have never guessed would be available to the public consumer (even though it’s not quite there yet). My initial thought was that this is really awesome, I can sit back and let this program do the follow up work for job applications. However, I then began to think how that I don’t get to show my personal touch with my follow-up. I don’t get to be 100 percent invested in the job hunt. And although it can be stressful, when following up with jobs can show you which job you really care about and where you want to work. Although I am skeptical I would still be interested to try the application.
