This was an interesting take on women in business, which is something I consider myself to be relatively well versed in. this article is great because it encourages women to not just wait for businesses to catch up and start hiring them, but to create their own businesses, a subsequently hire who ever they want. I look forward to a time where women owned, and run businesses are just as normal as male run businesses. Not only will it be better for equal rights but studies show that it will be better for the areas they are around. I recently read a statistic that said if you give a woman 100 dollars, 90 will end up going back to the community. As women continue to make more money, and start their own businesses, the communities they are in will flourish, and I look forward to a future where I watch it happen, rather than hypothesize about it.
