Review: 'Oblivion' goes to core questions about family values

TribLIVE: Every family has a culture of its own.

Each has its own rules, beliefs, taboos and rituals that define their tribe. Woe to those who violate and question the ideas and opinions — spoken or unspoken — that this tiny community holds sacred.

When 16-year-old Julie is caught in a lie and refuses to tell her parents where she spent the weekend, she opens a rift that destabilizes the existence of this seemingly tight-knit family.
