TribLIVE: James McNeel will begin work Jan. 5 as the new managing director at City Theatre.
McNeel spent the past four years in Shepherdstown, W.Va., as managing director of the Contemporary American Theater Festival, which offers an annual four-week festival of five new plays by American playwrights, as well as a schedule of lectures, discussions, readings and classes.
