Anytime a program gets created to help connect people who want to work to those who need workers is a good thing. With the economy on the rise and the job market looking better everyday, tools like this are always welcome and useful for both sides of the market. How Whitetruffle is conducting these job connects is very interesting because they are really working for the advantage of both sides. So often people land jobs that pay really well but they hate because in truth the environment and what the company stands for just might not be the best match for the employee. Or so often an employee may be turning out great work that just doesn’t fit toward what the company wants to project itself as. So by creating filters for both sides the job market and the economy have no where else to go but up.
