"Tear Off" Wallpaper by ZNAK

Design Milk: Applying wallpaper to walls has never been so fun. With this perforated “tear off” wallpaper from ZNAK, you can customize the appearance of your space by tearing off the pieces as you please. The wallpaper is created out of non-woven material and the shapes are inspired by the the transformation process of snakes.

I think this is super innovative. I'm not a huge fan of wall paper, I think it usually looks pretty tacky, or out dated, but I really love the modern spin they took that allows anyone to change a room very easily.

I especially liked the finger painting underneath the wall paper. This design allows anyone to change a boring wall, into a unique living space, easily transformed by the individual.

Isn't hanging wallpaper time-consuming and painstaking enough? And on top of the wall-papering, the best designs here had a paint treatment done on the wall prior to hanging the paper. Of course, if you're willing to take the time to do all that work, then the product provides some really great opportunities to transform a space. A feature I especially liked was the indexed ends that help line the paper up, and the fact that it's not full height but sectional. In reality I do wonder if all those seams disappear very well. Looking at ZNAK's website, there are a few other geometric designs for this tear-off product that I like even better than the serpentine. I'm not sure I could live with any of them for long, too busy for my taste, but I can certainly see the appeal.
