Exciting news like this is always bittersweet for me. On one hand I'm so thrilled that artistic treasures are now being made accessible and available to receive recognition and praise as well as share its artistic merits with the masses. And yet at the same time, a part of me is distressed by the art of oral traditions slow demise.

This is pretty awesome. It's nice to know that this folk music, and tales about this folk music, will be accessible to everyone, and are now less likely to be lost as time continues. Folklore and folk songs can be such a great source of inspiration, and having those songs supplemented by interviews is lovely.
