Matthew Loeb Unanimously Re-Elected IATSE President

Below the Line: IATSE president Matthew Loeb was re-elected by acclamation yesterday at the union’s 67th Quadrennial Convention, which wraps up today at the Boston Sheraton Hotel. Loeb will serve another four-year term in the position that he has held since 2008.

Looks like another good 4 years! It is great the Matthew Loeb won the presidency again for the union, IATSE. In the article it talks about all the good things he has done for IA and the different activities he has organized to gain more support for the IA, which shows his dedication to the group. Since he has done good things over the last 4 years, that could mean the next 4 years will be great. The article also talks about the fact that since he has already forwarded the union in the last 4 years, they are starting with a foundation and a reputation of success. This is fantastic because sometimes the successor has to fill shoes that just don't fit, and that usually ends badly.
