Imagine: After you’ve interviewed for multiple jobs during this week alone, you suddenly get a phone call about a job offer. You’re excited, but you’re also a smart job hunter, so you ask for a period of time to think about it and get back to the caller. Of course you intend to say yes. And then, out of the blue, you get a second phone call — and a second job offer! After thanking the caller and asking for time to think about this job offer, you hang up the phone and realize you have a major decision to make. So, how do you choose between multiple job offers?

Deciding between jobs can be really difficult especially now a days with this economy! You really want both jobs, but can only take one. Which one will it be? This is a great article because it lists the criteria that you might need or be looking for in a job. Larissa Gula, the author of this article, makes a clear schedule of what you should do if you find yourself struggling to choose between 2 job offers. I would really like to hear a little bit more about how to turn one of them down, and what to say.
