Technical Designer/Draftsman sought for junior
position within Engineering Department
We are a large
New York fabricator, specializing in the Theatrical and Television
entertainment industry. We are currently accepting applications for an entry
level position within our Engineering department. You should have practical
fabrication experience (carpentry, cabinet making, welding, etc) and be
familiar with fabrication techniques used within the Theatrical or Interior
Architectural Industries. Autocad proficiency required. Experience
with Autodesk Inventor, 3Ds MAX, Adobe Illustrator, and/or Photoshop would be beneficial. To meet the demands of the fast paced and
technically challenging world of modern television and theater, you should have
a flexible schedule that would allow you to work more than eight hours a day on
short notice and potentially work on weekends. This is an hourly position with
Health benefits and 401K.
